The 4-Step Antidote to Social Media Inconsistency

1. Don't publish anything for a week: Just create next week - no publishing. Suddenly, you're a week ahead (do this 1x/quarter)
2. Content creation day: Choose one day per week that you'll create. You'll need a 4-hour block, and on this day, you won't do your traditional work (prospecting, follow-up, market intelligence, etc.). You'll just create. Now, you've created your content for the week.
3. Change "how to" to "how I": Instead of "How to [stage, price a home, buy a rental, etc]," frame your content as "How I [stage, price a home, buy a rental, etc]." You'll have an easier time creating content, and it will be more engaging.
4. Aim for posts you think will flop: What?!?! If you don't have flops, then you don't have bangers. If everything is chugging along, but you want growth, you need to experiment and use data to determine if your experiment was a success. Part of this is pushing the limits and going in different directions. Be perfectly fine with a flop - it's just data.
