If the person has experienced one of these changes, they will likely move in the near future. These life changes happen in our networks almost weekly. When you see a signal, reach out (exception: difficulties). But if you're thinking, "I am to reach out and see if they want to buy/sell?" Absolutely not. You reach out to congratulate them or support them in a time of need. No real estate talk - just be a good human. If they need help with real estate, you're top of mind.
